What three personal characteristics from the page Teamwork do you think are the most important to work at Vogue and why?

Purpose

• Understanding what skills and personal characteristics a particular employer is looking for can be helpful to you as a job seeker because it allows you to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. It is equally important that you are aware of your weaknesses, so you know what skills and personal characteristics need to be developed.

Question 2: Instructions

• Self-improvement is an ongoing effort that continues throughout your career. It is important to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses so you know what skills can be developed or improved. Identify one skill you possess from the ones listed on the page Skills Most Sought After by Employers of this module and provide an overview that explains why you believe you have this skill. Next, take one skill you feel you don’t possess or need to work on and discuss how you might acquire or develop that skill. (see attachment)
