I will attach a document with the requirements

1-the first one you should be with the Employee side

2-the second you should be with the employer side

3- write strong evidences that can defend the position and follow the requirements in the file.

4- after you finish all that please write a closing paper for which side you believe in and you strongly defend (in another sheet paper) within half page.
