For this assignment, write a 3–5-page research paper discussing which 4 hotel-casinos you would use as your competitive set. This paper should include the following:

A brief introduction to the property, including a history of the property and an examination of its current pricing and amenities. This section should be researched and include in-text citations to support the history and pricing.

An in-depth discussion of each of the 4 properties. Each property should have its own section with a header. This section should include a description of the property including the number of rooms, the amenities offered, and a brief history of the hotel.
