While experts may disagree on whether workers are productive when working remotely, the ability to shift a workforce to a virtual environment will have other effects as well, such as reducing the need for overhead expenses like large offices. It could also change human resource strategy entirely, allowing companies to shift hiring to employees across borders, which could significantly disrupt local economies, immigration patterns, and even the effectiveness of tax regimes. Write a 1000-work paper discussing one or more of the following

1. which industries you believe are most likely to be affected in the long run, in other words, where the shift to remote work will be permanent after the COVID-19 pandemic is over.
2. whether and to what extent this will disrupt the nature of human resources and whether a global work force will become the norm, and what effects this could have on employment relationships, including confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, and non-solicitation agreements, as well as whether wages and compensation will likely increase or decrease as a result; and
3. what impact will a remote working environment have on the cost of living, migration of work forces across borders, and whether immigration laws will become stringently enforced in the future.
