Instructions: Using
your selected leader/manager and the organization he/she worked for
during their managerial tenure, write an APA formatted, 5 page,
double-spaced paper describing the organization’s strategy and strategic
management plan using David’s Comprehensive Strategic-Management Model.
The assignment requires that you address each stage (i.e.,
vision/mission, audit of the internal and external environment,
long-term objectives, selected strategies, implementation, control, and
feedback). Additionally, discuss how the organization’s strategy
achieved competitive advantage; you will also need to include a minimum
of five (5) citations to support your paper.
