You also attach a list of Mary’s medications to your e-mail to John inquiring whether his mother is taking her medications on time. John’s 6-year-old daughter forwards your e-mail to everyone in John’s Family and Friends mailing group. John is outraged and contacts you to ask why his mother’s private information was included in your e-mail.
