Using the Five-step Planning Process: Set a GOAL (measurable and specific); DEVELOP COMMITMENT; Develop an EFFECTIVE PLAN (Who, What, When, How); TRACK PROGRESS (set milestones and measure progress along the way); and MAINTAIN FLEXIBILITY (if Goal is not being met, how do you get back on track?).

Assume that you will be graduating from ASU in May 2023. The goal you want is to have a job in your career field and start work on June 1, 2023.  

POST on Week 5 Discussion Board as your INITIAL POST the detailed plan you have developed to accomplish this goal. In developing your plan, consider things like completing your education, developing the specific skills you need for your career job position, updating your resume, completing an internship, how you will conduct your job search and all of the steps required to secure your career job. Begin with a statement of what type of job you will be seeking. Develop a timeline for your plan as well. Include all five steps of the Planning Process in your plan.
