which it serves? Prepare a recruitment plan for your district to help
your district hire faculty and staff that reflect the community
demographics which are served by your school. The recruitment plan
should be 2-4 pages and should consider how to attract, interview and
hire highly desirable candidates for your district. The candidates
sought should reflect the demographics of your school or district, or
seek to help your faculty pool more closely resemble the demographics of
