Developing Cultural Agility Through Mindfulness & Meditation Discussion
Description
To improve your cultural agility you will need to slow down your brain’s limbic system and its ability to make split-second subjective judgments. Your limbic processing might serve you well and be correct in a domestic context but is oftentimes wrong when leading those from different cultures. Mindful global leaders suspend judgement longer, giving them time to process the cross-cultural situation more effectively.
