Task 2:

Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence are playing key roles in profitable decision-making within organizations. Identify and analyze one Knowledge Management tool and one Business Intelligence tool that are suitable for the selected organization. Your analysis should include at least two features of each identified tool and how they could be used for better decision making.

Your answer should include the following:

– The need for knowledge management , identification of tool , identification /explanation of features together with use of the tool.

– The need for business intelligence , identification of tool , identification/explanation of features together with use of the tool.

Task 3:

With intellectual capital in mind, perform a knowledge management SWOT analysis for the selected organization /department. Your answer should relate to knowledge management with an introduction to knowledge management SWOT analysis [5 Marks], three strengths with justifications [9 Marks], two weaknesses with justifications [6 Marks], three opportunities with justifications [9 Marks], and two threats with justifications.

Task 4:

Again with intellectual capital in mind, perform a knowledge gap analysis for the selected organization /department. Your answer should include an introduction to knowledge audit [5 Marks], the organizational goals being audited against [2 Marks] the knowledge the organization/department needs to have with justifications to achieve the set goals [12 Marks], the knowledge the organization/department current has [6Marks], the knowledge gap together with recommendations to bridge that gap [10 Marks].
