Suppose you lead a task force that is developing a simulation to provide strategic planning recommendations for property use zoning for a county of 750,000 residents. The zoning board and county commissioners want a simulation that allows them to assess the impact of various zoning decisions based on a variety of dynamic factors, including age, race, education, and income status. Which of the three views discussed would provide the best quality assessment for this type of simulation? How would you ensure the highest level of accuracy with you simulation, and how would you go about determining accuracy?

- Organizational performance is the fifth aspect of the model, reflect on the question, do certain leadership behaviors improve and sustain performance at the individual, group, and organizational level? Please explain your response.
- There were two types of innovation addressed this week (product and process innovation), please note your own personal definition of these concepts and offer an example of both.

a)Chapter 3 starts with the identification and the introduction of the Principles, and the characteristics of a successful IG program. Identify these Principles, and provide a brief explanation of their importance?
b) In order to have a successful IG program, one of the eight (8) Information Risk Planning and Management step is to develop metrics and measure results. Why are metrics required? Briefly provide your explanation.
